Any returns must be shipped back to us postage paid. We offer exchange only. Although it is a very rare occurrence, if your product is damaged (not caused by delivery) We ask that you ship the product back to us by standard post. We will replace the product at no charge. As well, we will credit you any shipping charges already incurred.

Any exchanges for size or colour must be returned to us with tags attached. The product cannot have been washed or worn, and must look just as it did upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
